Baron’s Creek Shopping Center

Mimco Inc. is based in El Paso, Texas and a developer who we have worked with on several retail projects. They acquired the existing center, remodeled two small vacant spaces and immediately began planning for a new building on one of the property’s pad sites.

The retail center is composed of tilt wall construction, metal framing and storefront glazing. Native stone veneer and metal canopies were applied to keep with the context of the existing center. Suite 100 was already leased out to Mattress Firm. And our scope was to leave the space as a shell. Suites 200 through 500 were all finished as a White Box. And thus equipped with restrooms, utility sinks, drinking fountains, lay-in ceilings, lights and HVAC.
