Emerald Crossing Shopping Center
Arizpe Properties wanted to give their existing retail center a new look. Upon visiting the property, we determined a simple and cost effective solution to their objective.
The building consisted of concrete tilt wall construction. Our solution was to apply the new work on to and over the existing concrete facade. The new work used metal framing, EIFS finish and an EIFS molded wall cap. Stone columns and wainscot columns were also introduced to complete the new look. The building also received new paint along with new tenant signage.
