Money Mart Pawn & Jewelry
Our firm was referred to Money Mart Pawn from a retail developer who we have worked with on a previous project. As a reference, we visited two of their most recently completed stores. And knew that we could improve their overall look. This is Money Marts first store with this design.
The store is composed of tilt wall construction. The Sales Area received lay -in ceilings and a polished floor finish. The Warehouse Area floor is natural with an exposed ceiling. Sprayed on insulation was applied to the entire underside of the roof deck as an extra effort for energy efficiency.
On the exterior, we provided stone veneer and a cantilevered metal canopy to accentuate the entry. These two features gave the building it’s identity for approximately 4% of the overall construction cost.
