Pet’s Barn
Valley Feed and Supply is based in El Paso, Texas providing pet supplies, pet food and pet accessories. They were referred to our firm from a retail developer who we have worked with on several retail projects. Store 11 would be Pet’s Barn first store to develop and build on their own. We were ready to help them.
The store is composed of tilt wall construction. Floors are stained and ceilings exposed. Structural steel joists are painted red, along with the entry doors. The front entry porch is framed with cedar columns, rafters and capped with corrugated metal roof panels. In an effort for energy efficiency, the store utilizes T-5 light fixtures and concentric roof top units. We proudly built three stores for Valley Feed and Supply in San Antonio and one in Schertz, Texas.
