VGarcia3 Incorporated was established by Vidal Garcia III in July 2006. We provide design and construction services in San Antonio, Schertz, Austin and Fredericksburg. We can provide our clients with a single specialized service in either discipline, or a combined integrated package. VGarcia3 knows how to develop a project from the onset, advising their clients for what they can expect during the preliminary phases all the way through the construction. Completing projects via the Design-Build delivery method is what we do best.
We have developed long term relationships with our clients, subcontractors and suppliers. These relationships have resulted with repeat clients, negotiated work and client referrals. VGarcia3 Inc. believes very strongly in trust.
Vidal has been involved with design and construction for over 22 years. The first half in architecture and then construction. As a designer, Vidal has been involved with projects ranging from private residences to multi-disciplined facilities.
His creative eye for detail along with the ability to communicate with others allowed his career to cross over into construction. He applies both his architectural and construction knowledge together in a collaborative effort to ensure the project’s design and integrity remain uncompromised.
Vidal believes very strongly in providing customer service. He knows that every project is important to its owners and continually gives them his utmost care and attention.
